Ariane Schratter
Ariane received her Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology (University of Tennessee) and has been a member of the Maryville College faculty since 2000. She teaches courses focused on Child Development, the Psychology of Exceptional Children, and International Child Welfare. Her special areas of professional interest involve the use of animal-assisted therapies to support children and families in need. She is married, with one child and two basset hounds.
