Come experience the healing power of horses with our upcoming groups in July!!

Changing Reins – A women’s bereavement group that addresses the needs of women who have experienced a death of a spouse.

Wednesday, July 11th from 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.

OR

Tuesday, July 17th from 6:00 p.m until 8:00 p.m.

Trail Makers – A group designed for women who are breast cancer survivors.  Mane Support is honored to have the support and sponsorship of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation for our participants in this group.

 Wednesday, July 25th from 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.

OR

Tuesday, July 31st from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

 

Children's Bereavement Group – Mane Support is offering a bereavement group for children in Grades K-3, who have experienced death of someone they know.  The morning will involve being with other children who have experienced a death, as well as working with horses (equine assisted grief counseling), art, play and refreshments.

Saturday, July 25th from 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.

 

Space is limited to 6 participants per group!!

Volunteer Training Schedule

 

Adult Volunteer Training will be held Saturday, August 4th from 9:30 until 12:30, lunch is provided

Teen Volunteer Training--to be announced

 

*Please note, in order to participate in any volunteer training session, you must have completed a Mane Support Volunteer Application.
